The role will involve working with the Family Support team and other multi agency professional partners, to meet the needs of individuals, the communities and local priorities.

As a Family Support Worker, you will hold a manageable caseload and co-ordinate packages of support for individual families. You will do this alongside the family, using a strength-based approach and involving the family and community network.

You will be confident in working as part of a busy team providing a universal and targeted service, supporting complex family situations and have experience of multi-agency partnership work. You will receive regular supervision. You will also promote good equalities practice and value diversity across the service.
