Family Support - During Covid-19
Family Support Practitioners continue to work one to one with families, remaining a point of contact for families and our partners.
In addition, we are offering online universal family activities (see our weekly timetable) and online groups for parenting support/skills/emotional resilience and specific support for those who have experienced domestic abuse.
We are currently running the following online groups - Incredible Years, Rock-a-Bye, Parent Gym, Nurturing Programme, Circle of Security and Freedom.
See the EBCC Information Pack below for details of the groups. Get in touch for more information or if you would like to book a place for a family firstname.lastname@example.org or 0117 353 2899.
To refer a family for 1:1 support, please download and complete our referral form and return to email@example.com.
We are hosting 3 Food Clubs across East Bristol; Broomhill (Tuesday), Oldbury Court (Thursday) and Speedwell (Friday). For £3.50 each week, in partnership with Family Action we offer a food parcel worth approx. £15 for families who are struggling financially. Please take into consideration all families especially those families that you may not have thought about before but due to the Covid -19 situation may now be finding it financially difficult to manage. Families that have a child under 5 will be prioritised. Please complete the referral form below and return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are posting regularly to Facebook to support, inform and entertain families. Please share our page.
If you have any information that you would like to share to support Bristol families please get in touch
Partnership is pivotal in supporting Bristol families. We meet with our partners three times a year to share with one another what is happening in East Bristol, identifying the need, gaps and looking together for possible solutions. To join the Advisory Board or our Partnership email please send an email to email@example.com highlighting which mailing list you would like to join.
