Due to the expansion of the team, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Family and Community Locality Manager to work across our East Bristol Children’s Centres.
We are looking for an experienced, creative and motivated individual who is passionate about meeting the needs of children and families to join our senior leadership team to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and their families across East Bristol.
As a member of the leadership team, you will provide flexible, proactive and responsive support to make sure our services operate efficiently and partners and staff teams feel well supported.
You will be responsible for supporting and supervising Family Support Workers and Keyworkers who work directly with families.
You will be knowledgeable and confident in organising community outreach, universal and targeted services, and establishing and building effective multidisciplinary partnerships to meet the required needs of the local area.
You will also promote good equalities practice and value diversity across the service.
