Family Support Worker

22 hours per week, permanent (All year round)

Across East Bristol Children’s Centre sites

Grade BG8 - £24,948 - £26,845 per annum, pro rata

Required – as soon as possible

East Bristol Children’s Centres are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our service in the role of Family Support Practitioner with a minimum two years’ experience of working effectively with families within the community.

Children’s Centres offer all families and children unique experiences to enable them to reach their full potential.

The role will involve working with the Family Support team and other multi agency professional partners across East Bristol, to meet the needs of individuals, the communities and local priorities.

You will be confident in working as part of a busy team providing a universal and targeted service, supporting complex family situations and have experience of multi-agency partnership work. You will also promote good equalities practice and value diversity across the service.
