Caretaker Job Vacancy
10 hours per week (All Year Round)
East Bristol Children’s Centre
Grade BG6 - £20,043.00 per annum, pro rata
Required – as soon as possible
The normal working hours are variable. The normal working week will comprise of 10 hours, as agreed with line manager. Line manager will confirm days and times of work, and what breaks can be taken on a weekly basis. Breaks are not paid.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join East Bristol Children’s Centres. You will be based at Oldbury Court Children’s Centre part of East Bristol Children’s Centre but may be required to visit and work on other sites.
Applicants need to have previous experience, you will need to be trustworthy, hardworking and have a great attention to detail. This post is physically demanding
Candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
· Ability to work effectively
· Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner with minimal supervision
· Ability to act on own initiative and communicate clearly
· Ability to carry out a routine check in all areas of the building
